We are very please with our Mazda CX50 purchase. We were interested in the Mazda CX50 but unsure if we wanted a Hybrid or gas model. We spoke with Chiam to start and he was very accommodating to m We were interested in the Mazda CX50 but unsure if we wanted a Hybrid or gas model. We spoke with Chiam to start and he was very accommodating to make sure we had sufficient time to drive both a Hybrid and Gas model. He wanted to make sure we would be happy with our choice. Chiam set us up with Arnold Manresa to educate us on the differences and allowed us time to drive both. Arnold is extremely knowledgeable on all of the features of the car and showed us how they worked, and set me up for my test driving. I knew I liked the CX50 from doing my own research but Arnold sealed the deal with his attention to making sure we were fully educated and felt comfortable with our choice. When I brought my car over to get evaluated on a trade both Chiam and Arnold made sure I was comfortable while I waited for Chiam to value my car, Arnold started my sale paperwork, and I had my heart set on a white Premium Plus CX 50. Chiam made a call and got one from another dealer. My husband came the next day to finish the paperwork and I came after work to drive it off the lot. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. We were treated with the red carpet and I love my CX50 and would highly recommend Mazda Lester Glenn of TR.
