You get what you pay for Do Not buy your car from them. Yes they are cheap but try to get your car serviced there for a problem and expect to have to go back numerous times. Bought a 2015 Tucson and the tire pressure light came on. 4 months later still have the same problem. Needed to call Hyundai of USA and have them get involved. Save yourself the headache. Get a quote from them and take it elsewhere. More

Missed Opportunity I though it was just me. I have purchased cars from this dealer ship and other Hyundai dealerships in the past. I even owned an Excel model. I am a Hy I though it was just me. My Veracruz has a grinding noise. I was a mechanic so I know what it was. Took two visits to diagnose a wheel bearing replacement. Replaced and problem seemed solved. Months later the other side is making noise. I asked to have brakes checked since I figured that would give them a chance to look at it thoroughly. They did not find any problem. After I drove it I noticed it. (its wife's car and I do not drive it a lot) Must be a bearing or ball joint. When you have the car in the shop I would think you would take time to really inspect it. I know its about flat rate but I will pay extra for test drives if that's whats needed. I understand mechanics want to get paid. Then my Genesis was in for oil change the same week. They had the car for early drop off the day before and the whole next day. Car was not ready until 6pm that day. I said its late and I will pick it up the next day. Then I found out they have express lube service. Why not just tell me that ahead of time. I might be looking for a new dealership for service. I am OK paying more for the dealer compared to third party shops. I just want the extra level of service. More

Everyone I met was pleasant and sincere, not just going through the motions. Customer service is everything now. Congratulations on your selection of men and women who represent your name and dealership. Jonathan was the service representative who helped me, and he was wonderful! He answered my questions, explained everything carefully and was most courteous and polite. I recommend Lester Glenn Hyundai to all my friends. I have never been disappointed. Thank you. More

Gave car back in unsafe condition after warranty work I went in with my Elantra to get the front wheel bearings replaced and a rear shock under warranty. Picked up car 2 days later and everything went dow I went in with my Elantra to get the front wheel bearings replaced and a rear shock under warranty. Picked up car 2 days later and everything went down hill from there, got home found both front wheels with lose lugs and lower ball joint boot was torn with grease all over the area, following day driving on the highway car developed brake pulsation (there was nothing wrong the brakes when i took it in), same day driving on smooth flat road front end starts shaking, following weekend took it back and was told that i caused all the problems by my driving style (only drove the car 55 miles). Since then almost 2 months later service dept does not want warranty very poor workmanship, also had to pay over $1900 in parts and labour to fix the front end. Also all the bolts that were touched for the warranty work were lose. Great place to buy a car, horrible service experience, after all that wont be using service dept anymore. More

The one star rating is for our first service appointment to get a ding in our new car's door fixed. It happened prior to us receiving the car. This appointment was setup three weeks ago. We dropped the car off around 5:30pm Tuesday night. When my wife dropped the car off, the service advisor didn't even say a word to her, except for sign here and here. We were thinking, paint-less dent removal, car should be ready by late afternoon on Wednesday, right? Wrong......Try wouldn't be able to pick it up until Thursday. Only issue is that was never conveyed to us at all. We were under the impression it was going to be a quick turnaround. Their answer was, technically our business day ends at 7pm, so it could be done tonight 8/26/15......NOT ONCE WAS THAT EVER STATED TO US. Zero transparency on any process there whatsoever...We are going out of town tomorrow and were forced to pickup the car without it being repaired. Judging by the other reviews on here, there service department could use some customer service etiquette. I wish we would have read the concerns of other reviewers on here, maybe we would have been better off getting a Honda CRV. We were given a courtesy vehicle that were told we couldn't use EZpass on...we are commuters with an EZpass account, why wouldn't we be able to use it? I've used courtesy vehicles from Honda of Toms River before, with 0 issues....why not with Lester Glenn.. More
