We were able to obtain your email address because you emailed us first at socialmedia@lesterglenn.com - which is an email address we provided to you in a response to your initial Google review. From there, our service management team continued to work with you and ultimately issue you the refund that you were requesting. While the initial circumstances of your experience were not ideal, we can safely say we did everything we could to satisfy your requests and make the situation right. We were not attempting to "buy you off"; we were simply trying to arrive at a compromise and we are sorry if you feel otherwise. We have done all we can do and we regret that your opinion has not improved. If you change your mind, we'll be here ready to help. If not, we wish you the best of luck moving forward. Well, obviously my name was also on the review, but great detective work, I guess. What I was referring to is that my name was not given during the sale process, on the service appointment, registration, NOTHING. You knew exactly what situation I was referring to, despite my name being on none of the PAPERWORK. "From there, our service management team continued to work with you and ultimately issue you the refund that you were requesting." You did issue the refund, after several weeks. I did mention that in the review, credit where it's due. "If you change your mind, we'll be here ready to help. If not, we wish you the best of luck moving forward. Thank you again for your feedback." We are quite happy with the service we receive from CIRCLE HYUNDAI in Shrewsbury, each and every time we drive past your dealership to go there. SUCH a better run place. Thanks, though. Just wanted to call attention to what can be expected from your dealership, since you're sending people here in commercials. Have a great one!
