The entire time was treated like family. Yesterday I had my battery replaced and again received top-notch service. Was in and out. If you ever need service at Hyundai ask for TJ! More

Always something wrong. Started when I bought my vehicle new in 2014. First week I noticed grinding in the front end. I bring it in I was told it was the back seat it was loose. Ok I’m not stupid. I noticed new in 2014. First week I noticed grinding in the front end. I bring it in I was told it was the back seat it was loose. Ok I’m not stupid. I noticed it was still grinding. Needless to say I bought it back (mind you brand new) they had my car almost a month. The whole front end was out and had to be redone. Should of got rid of the car there. Now I notice the back making same noise. I’ve mentioned it several times to the dealer over the 6 years I’ve had this vehicle. I’m told it’s fine. Still does it. Every time I bought it for the free oil changes I was always told something had to be done. I have extended warranty which came in handy as I’ve had minor issues covered. I had a recall on the ECM and they did it. But I failed inspection 7 times. I did all that was recommended to get the computer back to normal. They told me I had to pay to get it looked at. Kidding me it’s their recall. I found someone to rig the system so I can pass inspection it was never fixed. Really, I have to pay for a recall error they did. So, then I had an issue with my map sensor, they repair it under my extended warranty. 3 months later my engine light comes on, same issue. I’ve tried to get my car in, no available openings, never any loners. My car is the heart of the family. I’m depended on with taking my dad to treatments. I travel way up north a couple times a week to take my dad. I’ve had to go on the outside and pay when thus is a warranty covered issue. The fact I couldn’t be seen for almost 4 days was not acceptable. I talked to my mechanic he said the piece looks like it was never even changed. I have it in my possession. Dealer swears it was. I don’t know but all I know is, my extended warranty won’t refund me, dealer said bring piece back let them put it in and see defect and all this. Again, I don’t have time. I have a dad on chemo I’m his sole care taker and take him to his appointments. So now I’ll have to go to corporate. After explaining the urgency to a couple employees no one accommodated me. It’s my fault I didn’t go to a higher up. You would think the employees would think to transfer me to the higher up. I’m kind of disgusted because now I don’t trust my car, it’s almost out of warranty and no one even tried to fix the back end I’ve complained about since I got the car. Which I just deal with now. Annoying as xxxx and worse when someone’s in the back seat. But it’s not about this, but adding it with all I’m writing. This was my first car of this kind and was happy with it. But the fact no one wants to cover the expense I had no other option to do but go somewhere. I don’t play blame game but it’s sad. I don’t think I will get another car like this in the future. Dealing with all this is a headache. I understand they are busy, I get it. The importance that I stressed to the couple employees didn’t matter. I’m not here to put names or bash anyone, I just want to explain my experience. Spoke to the service manager this morning yes he’s nice. But I think a little bit more could of been done. More

Senior Citizen Charged 44.52 for Oil and Filter Change Joseph Molino was the service consultant I worked with. I was shocked when he presented me with a bill of 44.52 for an Oil and Filter Change. I inquir Joseph Molino was the service consultant I worked with. I was shocked when he presented me with a bill of 44.52 for an Oil and Filter Change. I inquired about a senior citizen discount. His reply was no. On Lester Glen's website there was a promotion MA 1338 for 29.95 expiring 11-27-19, I guess this promotion does not apply to senior citizens. On the Customer's Copy of the Bill, the breakdown was Job 1 Parts $21.99. Job 2 Labor $17.96 Then there was a Misc charge $1.80 and titled Job "A" On page 4 Dealership Copy indicated "A basic oil and filter change with multi-point performed and supplies" totaled 15.82, The dealership has to make a profit but the difference between $44.52 and $15.82. is too great. RECOMMENDATION-suggested to have oil pan resealed (Not replaced or new) which would take 4-5 hours. A loaner car would be provided, but I would have to pay $35.00. Very dissatisfied with treatment towards a senior citizen. Joseph Molino you win the 'SHAME ON YOU employee of year award. More

He was considerate about getting my paperwork set up and off to work on time. He treated me with respect and as a true valued customer (my family have bought 4 cars through LG). They had a shuttle ready to take me to work. Peter Torriselli was my driver and was such a nice and considerate guy. I was at work for 30 minutes and I received a call that my car was done already. You guys are a class act! More
In light of their recent commercial. In light of their recent commercial, claiming being highly rated on dealer rater, here is my experience with this service center, originally left on G In light of their recent commercial, claiming being highly rated on dealer rater, here is my experience with this service center, originally left on Google last fall. At the end of this, Mike Kelly emailed me (magically they were able to figure out who it was, despite my name being on NONE of the paperwork), and refunded the cost of the service. Originally he wanted us to come back to the dealership to pick up a check, which we informed him was NOT happening, so he mailed it. I appreciate the gesture, but he then immediately asked me to "consider" removing my review. I "considered" it and decided he isn't allowed to buy me off to keep me quiet. With that said, here's the sort of service you can expect at this dealership: THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience. Had our car towed in after hours (of course, the rental service was "by appointment only", even though the rental hub down the block had a lot FULL of cars, because everyone schedules their car breaking down, right?), didn't receive any confirmation that our car was even there for 2 days (strike one). When they finally did get around to calling us back, they stated that "Eric" spoke with us yesterday, which never happened (strike two), and tried to charge us 4x the price of the part (strike three, at this point, we are completely done dealing with this SCAM of a service center). We requested to speak to the service manager and GM, and stated we would be in at 6PM, which we were told would be fine. When we arrived, not only was the GM gone for the day (no one even apologized, even though we were explicitly told on the phone we would be able to speak to him), but the service manager was there... wearing shorts and flip flops. Unbelievably poor first impression, knowing that he was going to be dealing with upset customers, but this was just the beginning of his ineptitude. I had to tell him to watch his tone, because of the unbelievably disrespectful way he was "listening" to our concerns. In the course of our conversation, he constantly spoke over and interrupted us, told us "I didn't stay late to get yelled at" and was noticably more interested in being praised for staying an hour late (NOT in dress code) than he was in actually helping solve our problem. He went on to explain that sometimes they don't even know cars are in their lot for days, with the keys under the mat, which was very concerning when it comes to security of the cars on the lot (how long would it take to notice my car was stolen? Would anyone there even care if it were?). Worst of all, when we began to ask specific questions about the product that he claimed we needed, he began to fumble and couldn't even name the TYPE of part, let alone the specific one for our model (yet he was also still insisting that he knows what he's talking about, which it was obvious he didn't). The SERVICE MANAGER can't even competently describe the services required, when he knew we were coming in specifically to discuss the problem? Unreal and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this service center, and they have lost our future business for good. Given the opportunity to make things right, they chose to not do so. Good riddance! Do yourself a favor and take your car LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. More
Service manager is awful! Recently went to Lester Glenn Hyundai and I normally have a great experience, but on 3/25 I was treated extremely poorly by the service manager Mike. Recently went to Lester Glenn Hyundai and I normally have a great experience, but on 3/25 I was treated extremely poorly by the service manager Mike. He was so incredibly rude, and has little to no customer service skills when I approached him about a recent service question regarding my vehicle and work done on it. More
