Had two of the required services that were performed 45,000 and 52,000 both were performed flawlessly and on time, But there were 2 other issues that were looked at and were never corrected due to the f 45,000 and 52,000 both were performed flawlessly and on time, But there were 2 other issues that were looked at and were never corrected due to the fact that they said they were unable to duplicate the problems. One of the problems turned out to be a faulty battery that left me stranded and I had to replace out of my pocket, the other is a noisy exhaust system which the problem comes and goes and I was told just to keep driving it until something happens More
We purchased a 2021 Kona that developed a faulty transmission at 45K miles. We returned it to the dealer and they confirmed the problem. A new transmission was ordered and we were supplied with a nice clean Hyundai Elantra as a loaner. The part arrived in about 3 weeks and it was quickly installed. The communication between the service department was good as we waited to have our vehicle returned. More
