Had a terrible experience in the service department. My advisor was Joe. First he tried to sell me a wheel alignment I did not need. Then he failed to honor my GM service agreement. I left with a bill for over $100 for an oil change and tire rotation. He told me I had to take it up with the GM dealer I bought the car from. I have a 2021 Buick Envision with 13,000 miles. Just moved to Toms River. I will never return to Lester Glenn Buick. The worst customer experience I have ever had at a GM car dealership. More
so after fiving them 5atara after my purchase weve had problems. i was harrassed to get truck back to dealer for recalls that if they werent performed the dealer wouldnt be paid for the truck via their re problems. i was harrassed to get truck back to dealer for recalls that if they werent performed the dealer wouldnt be paid for the truck via their rebates. during covid that wasnt happening on both ends. finally when thinga settled they were great. picked it up from my driveway left me a loaner truck did the recalls and brought it back. they got what they wanted. so here is where it goes wrong. they got what they needed and ive had a few conplaints on the brand new truck. noises. shaking etc. not normal stuff. i am a dealer tech by trade and now own my own shop. i deive these trucks every single day so that being said i waa told that the noises were normal. the noise is absolutly crazy when you start the truck. told me it was a "high torque" starter which it is however isnt supposed to make noise. i cant do 65-75 on the highway it feels like truck is falling apart. mind tou this is going on from mile number 1. ive contacted them and they told me now for 3 weeks they were going to do the swap again for me. wach time making an appointment to pick up and no one ever shows up. thats days out of work now waiting. when i call its always something and depending who you speak to a different story. so the after care is terrible. they really just want a quick sale and be done with you. beware of that. i stil maintain that my buying experince was great. service as usual is the problem. hey but what do you expect from NJ dealers. im going to call GM and ask them for help and see how that goes. im stuck woth a $72,000 truck that makes noise and cant drive on the highway. totally ridiculous. i think i will start the lemon law process and let the 6 yes 6 family and friends know who i sent there to lease and purchase whats going on. id say they wont go back. 4 are coming off lease as of next month. thank you. extreme laziness My wife's Buick Lucerne had a notification for a special coverage to be performed. This was a defect from general motors that had the clips of the bac My wife's Buick Lucerne had a notification for a special coverage to be performed. This was a defect from general motors that had the clips of the back seat contacting the back seat fuse box causing the fuel pump relay to short out and causing the car not to start. In order to fix the problem correctly the fuse box needed to be replaced and a low profile relay installed along with trimming the back seat clips. The car was ok for a couple of months, then started acting up. Upon my investigation I noticed my past work order stated that the fuse box had already been replaced. This was a complete LIE.The only work Lester Glen performed was to replace the relay. One minutes worth of work. They also failed to trim the seat clips which was the main cause of the problem. When I stopped in to see them they said the special coverage had just expired. Can't help you. Very sad. I could never purchase another car sold by LesterGlenn. Not there to help you. More
EXCELLENT SERVICE AS ALWAYS I cannot begin to tell you how perfect the service was today. I have never had a time when the service was not perfect. Today I needed a loaner car a I cannot begin to tell you how perfect the service was today. I have never had a time when the service was not perfect. Today I needed a loaner car and it was a smooth transition from the service department to the car rental office and they even provided me with the same year car and make as my own so I had no problem driving the car. The Service department of GMC is the place I would recommend to anyone if you have a GMC car. More

The worse experience at this place..never would recommend.. They commit fraud. The worse service department I have ever dealt with.. I brought my vehicle in for a recall and they told me had to pay for it..Are you kidding me?? FRAUD.. They did an oil change and never tighten the oil filter and I had oil leaking throughout the entire engine...All over my driveway.. They are definetly not certified to work on anyone's vechicle..Horrible experience would not recommend to anyone.. More
