These Gentleman are so patient and kind, it’s like dealing with family! As a matter of fact, this is our THIRD lease with Lester Glenn and both Lou’s . Our journey began with a test ride. Lou took us out and explained EVERY amenity the car possessed. He took his time and answered all our questions. Next was the hard part- Lou going to Greg (the manager) and trying to hammer out our deal. Believe me it wasn’t an easy task, but they managed to put together a deal that was good for both the dealership and us! Greg was very kind and walked us through the financing explaining everything we were signing.
