I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle last evening from Michael Amarando. From my original contact with Elyse Crawford in your internet sales group to working with Michael on the sale of the vehicle; everything was a wonderful experience. Purchasing a car is a big investment and particularly something I don’t like to do. I don’t like going into a car dealership and “playing the game”. The experience that I had at Lester Glenn was anything but that and everyone made myself and my young family feel so comfortable. Michael is a professional and pleasure to work with. It was late in the day yesterday when we decided to purchase the vehicle. It was a true team effort to see everyone help out from getting the car ready for us to take home, securing the financing and everyone in the office helping each other to get the deal done. WOW – you don’t see that everywhere and what a breath of fresh air to see such a remarkable company. I wish I had everyone’s names that were involved in helping last night, but everyone was wonderful. I can tell you that you have a world class team at the GMC dealership and your entire company. Purchased two cars from Lester Glenn in August and September, one Chevy one GMC. I am still waiting on floor mats for the Acadia, been a month. Salesperson Anthony and Manager Matt have been anything September, one Chevy one GMC. I am still waiting on floor mats for the Acadia, been a month. Salesperson Anthony and Manager Matt have been anything but helpful. Promises, promises but no mats. Now Matt tries to tell me how he did me a favor letting me purchase the vehicle. Very poor post sales service. All I want is what was purchased. I even offered to accept cash and purchase my own mats. This is nothing to say about their inability to obtain an owners manual for my wife. Very dangerous not knowing how to operate the vehicle, could lead to a severe liability. Just talked to Matt today for the 4th week, mats are now supposed to be here Monday but magically the third row mats are missing. I think at this point the mats have been ordered 4 times. Just think how a customer must feel when they have to walk into the dealership to get the product they already paid for after having debated with Lester Glenn staff for a month. Not sure if the people who handled my transaction are representative of Lester Glenn as a company but BUYER BEWARE! More
