Mr. Kerins, I apologize about the run around and confusion you experienced at Lester Glenn GMC. I too would be upset if I were you if something as simple to take care of as floor mats was not properly handled. I looked into your situation and don't want to try to make excuses for our guys but because your salesman quit Lester Glenn to move out of state and gave us no notice, some of his issues were unattended. I know this sounds like an excuses and we should have been able to prevent it but I am sorry to say we did not. I ask that you please understand we do our best most of the time at Lester Glenn but we are human and do make mistakes. That is not me being sarcastic but sincere in trying get you to believe that Lester Glenn Auto Group does try to do everything and anything to keep a customer happy and I apologize that was not the case this time. I was told we delivered the floor mats to your home and want to just confirm that is the case. Also please let me know personally if there is ever anything you need at Lester Glenn.
