I have leased trucks for the last 15 years. About 3 months age, I started my due diligence to find a new vehicle lease. Needless to say, I almost gave up my search for an honest dealership to do business with. I did this via the internet, with a t/o to Mike the General Sales Manager who called me the next morning, gave me real numbers, and Daniel Suarez took it from there through delivery. The transaction was almost too good to be true. I felt very comfortable and there was no pressure during the process. Tom Peters wrote a book entitled "In Search of Excellenc" that was my business bible years ago, and it looks like the Lester Glenn people know about excellence.
