In 2011, we bought an Acadia from Lester Glenn which we were very happy with until it was totaled in an accident. We called Lester Glenn again & we were fortunate to get Mike Amarando as our salesman. were very happy with until it was totaled in an accident. Within 2 hours, Mike found a 2012 Acadia which met all our requirements. He was efficient, knowledgeable & pleasant. We picked up our new car on Oct. 27th. On Oct. 29th, Hurricane Sandy flooded our house in Moonachie along with our 2-day old car. We were devastated. We also have a house in Ortley Beach so we were hit twice. Mike called us to see how we made out. What an unexpected surprise that was. He felt so bad for us & told us he would do whatever he could. Mike, along with the entire management team, Mike Nacinovich, Dan Bennett & Ed Fiorvante, was so concerned & compassionate. After 2 days, Mike located yet another 2012 Acadia for us. He was unbelievable. Mike A. went above & beyond every step of the way. He kept on top of everything & made the process as smooth as could be.
