I really enjoyed my experience at Lester Glenn our sales person (Bill Mallek) was very knowledgable and helpful in answering all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in. Once we decided on a vehicle Bill introduced us to Michael Nacinovich and he explained in detail my options on how I could trade my old car in and get into the 2013 Acardia that we were interested in. The overall experience was by far the greatest experience my husband and I have ever gone through in purchasing a car. We didn't feel pressured into anything we were given the opportunity to talk things through and make sure the purchase was within our budget and that we felt comfortable. Michael and Bill both made the puchase of our new Acardia a pure delight!
