I went to Lester Glenn Buick, after seeing a car I truly wanted on their website. While I was walking around looking for my future ride, John Bencivenga came up to help me. I've been to other dealerships in the past where the salesmen were very high pressure & that would just kill the deal. But not with John! He was very cool & calm! While we did paperwork, he made sure to explain every detail of the process. I felt comfortable & secure with the purchase I was about to make. We were looking for a specific car which the dealer did not have on their lot. Heather searched until she found the car we wanted.
