I came to Lester Glenn GMC with my father looking for a new SUV. After shopping around for comparable vehicles in the area at other dealerships, I kept coming back to the Terrain and knew that I wanted to new SUV. Mike, our sales representative, was extrememely knowledgable and helpful. He was not overly pushy and did not pressure my father or me to make a decision before we were ready. He gave us the information we desired without hesitation and was careful not to sway me away from what I wanted or could afford in favor of a better sale. My father and I made multiple visits to work out the details of the sale and Mike was patient and accommodating every time, even making sure that he brought in the vehicle that I wanted in time for my birthday! When all was said and done, he went so far as to surprise me upon pick up and decorate my new truck with the balloons and streamers that my parents dropped off before I arrived. I am extremely grateful to have had my first solo car buying experience with Mike and Lester Glenn GMC and I would highly recommend this dealership to any one looking for a new vehicle. More

Heather was a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person. She helped out with finding our new vehicle. Ed was great with getting us were we needed to be with our payments. However, when it came time to speak with the finance person Shareaf I was not very happy. First he left us waiting for over an hour and we were there with our 2 1/12 year old who was getting very tired since it was late. Thank goodness for Mike and Heather who were trying their best to keep her occupied. When we finally got into the office Shareaf did not explain anything we were signing and when I asked questions he did not seem to want to answer them. I understand that it was late, however that does not mean we should be rushed through our car purchase. I have purchased over 10 cars in my life and this was the first time the finance person did not explain every piece of paper I was signing. Other than that is was a nice experience. I would definitely recommend Heather and the dealership in the future. More
