We apologize the the parts required for the recall for your vehicle were not physically present at the dealership upon your arrival and are investigating further as to the communication you received with the team members involved. We understand that Bernie advised you that he would communicate with you directly as to when your vehicle's parts arrive, and offered to pick up your vehicle so you did not have to make the trip again.
