This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Steve Regan was very helpful in making the decision of which vehicle to buy. The process started fine, but then deteriorated. The original car I negotiated had an unrepairable recall on it, but as of last week, was still listed as a certified pre-owned vehicle on the websit The original car I negotiated had an unrepairable recall on it, but as of last week, was still listed as a certified pre-owned vehicle on the website. I was told that the two stains on my front passenger seat would be taken care of, but they have not. I had to call to find out the status of my license plate, when I was told that I would be called. No response to my inquiries about the permanent plates. Called the day before the temporary expired, which was a Saturday, and they happened to be there. Overall experience, I hate to say, hasn’t ended on a great note. More
