I was so surprised to walk in and not have them all over you. it took 15 minutes and i had to ask for help. While looking at cars in the lot the salesman greeted us and asked us if we needed any help. There was no pressure at all, he accomodated our request to see a vehicle with specific options and he found the and asked us if we needed any help. When we decided to make an offer on the vehicle Joe immediately took our offer to the finance manager we naturally countered high. By the look on the salesman face he obviously knew we wouldn't like the counter offer and we counter again. The final offer from the finance manager was not acceptedand we thanked Joe for his time and effort. Joe truly made an effort to get us the sales and was as disappointed as we were that there was no sales. The next day we contacted Joe about "splitting" the difference. Joe made that happen. More

I think this is misleading for someone who wants to purchase car at end of lease. Also the mileage rate was changed from 20 cents to 25 cents while we were waiting for our paper work. We have no complaints whatsoever,we are very satisfied with the service we have received and we looking forward to many enjoyable years with our new van. Thank you very much. More
these guys were so personable, friendly, professional, and courteous. they made buying a car a pleasure. Mark was very informative about the vehicle and able to demonistrate all aspects of the car. We purchased the car in the evening and he also allowed us to re-inspect the car in the garage where the lighting was better. He stayed with us throughout the purchase never making us feel rushed and took his time as we were getting in the van to drive off the lot again repeating important operating details including making sure we knew how to operate the wipers for the forecast of rain in the morning. Mark also showed us the service department. Despite being the last ones in the show room he still made sure my 9 yr old son who was with us got to ring the bell. What a committed team!!!! What a great experience!!!!!!!! More

Joe was a great salesman. No pressure, let me make up my own mind,and answered all my questions. Found the Jeep I wanted on a Tues. picked up on Thurs. Was looking for a new or used Jeep. Mark let me test drive each vehicle no problem. There was no hassle or wraggling with prices. He had numbers drawn up for the 4 different scenarios I expressed inte drive each vehicle no problem. There was no hassle or wraggling with prices. He could not have been more helpful in my decision and applied zero pressure. When I went into the finance area I was ready to be hit over the head but everything was painless. All options were laid out to me and the decision was up to me, no pressure to do anything. I would strongly recommend purchasing from here to anyone and will make future purchases here myself. More
I went to this dealership to buy a New Jeep through the Costco Auto Program. I was weary of purchasing a new car being that I hadnt done it in over 10 years. Jim and the Finance team (Darren and Dave) mad Costco Auto Program. I was weary of purchasing a new car being that I hadnt done it in over 10 years. Jim and the Finance team (Darren and Dave) made this purchase virtually painless. They didnt have my car on the lot but obtained it for me from another dealer within one day. I had done research myself and knew what I was willing to pay. I went back to discuss numbers and they gave me the price I was looking for with no haggling. Jim was very accomodating and returned my calls right away. He was willing to do whatever he could to make my experience a good one. I didnt feel pressured about the purchase at all and would recommend dealing with this dealership. (**PLEASE SEE UPDATED SECTION BELOW**) **The above was true until I actually picked up the car. I ended up picking it up after work, in the dark (lesson learned) and when I looked at the car at home the next day there was damage all over the inside as well as scratches and paint damage on the outside. I called right away and Jim did assure me that they would fix everything. I brought the car back, and yes, eventually everything was fixed, although after I dropped off the car to be fixed I never heard from Jim again. I also tried to escalate my concerns at one point and spoke to Dave Rapasardi who promised to call me back with answers and never bothered to. It took over a month for the car to be returned to me and over that month I mostly had to call them to get an update. In the end, I did end up with the brand new car I paid for and I do appreciate the attention to detail of the Service Manager, Dennis Opperman, in getting my car fixed and making sure everything was fixed 100% and correctly. I would gladly deal with Dennis again. The service department replaced the parts that were damaged and fixed the paint. Overall, it was a very dissapointing and frustrating experience. My advice to anyone buying a car from them is to check every inch of it first because the cars are apparently not checked by anyone. More
