Walked into the dealership and was immediately meet with a welcome handshake. The entire experience was smooth and friendly. The Salesman, Kyle Harrison with whom I've dealt with before was very sympathetic to my situation. About a two months ago I purchased almost the exact same vehicle from him but to my eventual dismay regr before was very sympathetic to my situation. This was fine for me, but for my wife who has MS the manual windows were impossible to roll up so I would have to pull over and adjust her window to the desired height. When I explained that to Kyle he said come in and we'll get you into something that works for us. Sure enough, within a few hours we were leaving the dealership with a fully automatic, all power new jeep. Same color because I still wanted white and although the payments were more and the term was more we left the dealership happier than which we had came. More
