I bought a new 2014 Jeep in April. The car was a lemon from the start. In the past 7 months the car has been at Lester Glenn for a total of almost 4 months. The manager mike nacinovich was fantastic, he worked out a great deal that was affordable and even offered some extras that were manageable with my budget! Darren made the final steps quick and easy! He explained the paperwork and also offered some extras that i might need. Even the detail crew were great, they made my new jeep beautiful inside and out! Everyone was really great, i felt totally at ease and love my new jeep!! I have already recommended this dealership to my girlfriend who is looking to buy and a car and i will continue to recommend it to everyone i know. Even the showroom was nice, the challenger in there was definitely appealing !!! Maybe next time, lol. More

His understated manner and rye English wit put my wife and I at immediate ease. Although he didn't really have to do much selling (since we already knew the exact vehicle we wanted) he still took us for a long test ride, explained how to lower and raise the soft top on the Jeep Wrangler we were buying and made certain there was no detail left unexplained. I'm happy to recommend Steve to any future buyers and overall the experience at Lester Glenn was positive, easy-going and completely satisfying. More

Firstly, I was allowed to drive up and walk around and browse through the selection of cars and then a little while later I was approached by Kyle Harrison. When we sat down and spoke Kyle actually listened and only showed me the cars in which I told him I was interested in, such a refreshing concept to actually show a customer the vehicles they want to buy....the afternoon I was there they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for in stock but by the next morning they had a 2013 Dodge Challenger with 2500 miles on it...Cherry. The Deal came through and they got me to the payment I wanted ...considering all things the entire experience was unlike any car buying experience I have ever had....the ease and comfortability of purchasing a vehicle through this dealership has got to be the smoothest car buying transaction I have ever made...after I agreed to the deal and while Darren in Finance sorted my paperwork, Kyle got us coffee and we discussed any other questions I had about the vehicle and the service appointment at 3 months or 3750 miles. Free Oil changes every 7500 miles after that, complimentary loaner vehicle on any extended stay in service, and some of the UConnect Bluetooth features that connect my phone to my vehicle. The Lester Glenn car buying experience is actually quite unique. More
This was my first experience with Lester Glenn. I was immediately greeted by Steve Regan who walked me through the process and served as my salesperson. This is a "no pressure and smart guy". Great test drive. Completly explained everything about the vehicle and followed up with a phone call. As far as numbers and price, Steve doesn't play the game. There is no running back and forth to the sales managers office killing time and making up stories. He comes up with fair numbers on the trade and a good sale number. I was only $400.00 off from my target price and I took the deal. He walked me thru theServoce Dept. and mechanics garage. I was in and out in less than four hours with my new car. This included the overview, trade numbers, test drive, tour and clean out the trade. Not Bad!! Sales Mgr. Mike Nacinovich was professional and courteous. Darron Applegate was the Finance and Extra Protection man. He is definately a people person and a local resident which makes for good conversation and "add to" justifications. The free oil change and loner car also made me feel comfortable as I live appx. ten miles away. Overall, this was a very positive experience in car buying and for these reasons I would recommend this dealership. I will also refer people to Steve Regan for reasons stated above. More
