Chris Condello was a terrific sales person to work with, he really knows the product and was able to answer every question we had and then some. Brian Reeves in the finance department was also terrific, he gave us all the options and explained everything very well, Lester Glenn is lucky to have theb both. It was for sure the quickest and seemless time of buying a vehicle, from the start of our visit to finsihng up and then with leaving with the vehicle, it was so smooth. This is the second vehicle that I purchased through Chris at Lester Glenn. Purchasing a car can be very overwhelming but working with Chris has always been an excellent experience. The moment I realized I unexpectedly needed a new vehicle, I contacted Chris immediately. He is incredibly knowledgeable, transparent about pricing and worked diligently to get me the vehicle I wanted in a short time frame with the best price. I even referred my mom to Chris who also ended up purchasing a Jeep Cherokee with him back in 2021. I highly recommend Chris and the Lester Glenn dealership. More

Salesman were nice and polite. I told them I’d return to buy the car after I spoke to my bank and they talked me into doing some quick paperwork that took over a hour, which was th I told them I’d return to buy the car after I spoke to my bank and they talked me into doing some quick paperwork that took over a hour, which was the bill of sale (fine). They said they would have the car washed and full of gas for when I pick the car up after getting the check from the bank. The day I dropped off the check and picked up the car, the tank was almost on empty. I didn’t notice when I checked the car out, but the steering was wheel was not aligned, which I noticed on my way home. When I asked the salesman, it basically became my issue. Extremely disappointed. If you make such effort to make sure I purchased the car, you should make such effort to ensure this issue is taken care of. The salesman didn’t even mention that only one key came with the car, till after I dropped off the check. Thats also my problem now. So bottom line, make sure everything is right cause once you leave the dealership with the car, it becomes your problem. More
