The nature of your vehicle's repair requires a technician to be completely dedicated to your vehicle's repair for approximately 2 -3 days. As the technician had already began working on another vehicle's repair prior to your part arriving, it was necessary for him to complete that repair first before beginning work on your vehicle. For all of our customers, our goal is to complete their vehicle as quickly as possible, without any interruption, and have your vehicle fixed properly the first time. Unfortunately, the parts required to complete your repair were on back order and we were provided with no estimate on when they would actually arrive. We certainly understand your frustration and apologize for any unanticipated delays. We will do everything we can to assist you further as well as ensure your vehicle repair is completed quickly and properly now that we have all of the necessary parts to do so.
