I cannot say enough good things about Jon Gold in the Lester Glenn Chevrolet service department. Super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and very polite. I do not even want to give them one star. The service department is horrendus. I bring my vehicle in to have something fixed and they return it to me with something broken. Thier attitude is anything but friendly in fact it is down right rude. I requested the service manager to call me to discuss this issue and never received a call back. I have anti freeze burning from my heater core and spewing out of my vents which caused me to almost pass out on the highway had I not pulled over and opened the windows I probably would have and their response was ":Don't exaggerate." I do not consider this good customer service. More

Chris was incredible! Brought my daughters 2011 Equinox in for a P0420 check engine. I found a special warranty coverage on the web for a catalytic converter issue, that i hoped was covered. These guys are the best ....always take care of me and my HHR. I think that all dealers give free oil changes even if the vehicle is a used one. Other dealers could learn from them. Very unsatisfied with care my car received while being serviced. I spent 1500.00 to have the paint corrected and ceramic coated. I explained to the service dept. that caution needed to be exercised. I sup serviced. I spent 1500.00 to have the paint corrected and ceramic coated. I explained to the service dept. that caution needed to be exercised. I supplied the service Dept. with a fleece blanket to place over the fender so that they would not use their old dirty fender blanket. Well sure enough when I got the car back the ceramic coating was scratched right on the fender were the mechanic had to reach over to put the oil in. The fleece blanket looked like it was in the exact position I left it in. When I brought it to their attention they said there was marks all over the car! That was not the case! They insisted that they did not harm the paint. This car which is an 09 corvette was not out of the garage since the paint was done, If scratches like this existed I would not have accepted the car from the detailer since the cost for this work was 1500.00. I did go back to the detailer to make sure that the fleece blanket would not cause these scratches, which he answered that that blanket would not cause the damage to the coating that was present. The dealer refuses to accept that this damage was done by them. By the way I was informed by the detailer that this dealership also damaged the coating on a brand new corvette, So my advice to anyone with a car that they take pride in how it looks stay away from Lester Glen service Dept. More
