Salesman was great. Gather information and then came back accurate and fair prices. Paperwork was done quickly and i was in and out in less then 45 minutes. Doug was very helpful and promptly answered my calls/ emails (covid restrictions so most of the transaction was remote). Has the Blazer we wanted to look at out front, ready to test drive, when we arrived. Since most of the negotiations had already taken place through email/calls, we were able to avoid the most annoying part of buying a car! Paper work took some time, as it normally does, and we had to sit in a service bay (again because of Covid), the staff did the best they could. Very pleased with the whole process! More

By the way Joe Migliore stated he gave a courtesy fill up with gas NOT SO another let down... still testing car. Joe Migliore stated that this time I should not have any problems with the car still testing car.. I left message for Adam Kraushaar ref.car issues he never called me very disappointed with customer relations,,, I though lestner glenn was a better dealership for service. Boy my neighbors must have had a better experience then I.. I also followed up my disappointment to Mary T. Barra Chairman and CEO of GMC with a letter. More

This by far was the best car buying experience ever! Came in on a Thursday looking at a Tahoe but unfortunately couldn't get bank approved as car was too old. And just by chance they had just gotten a 2011 G in on a Thursday looking at a Tahoe but unfortunately couldn't get bank approved as car was too old. And just by chance they had just gotten a 2011 GMC Yukon in on trade. Got me approved so fast. Came back in on Friday and I was in amd out in less than an hour! Thanks again guys! More

Sometimes having the financial team comb over your history can feel like a financial GYN exam but this was not the case at Lester Glenn Chevrolet. The staff, especially my salesperson Doug Beagle, were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I wasn't pressured in any way, and I truly appreciated that. I was sold on buying a Chevy Bolt EV before I walked though the doors, so it was more a matter of finding the right dealer than the right car. When I walked into their showroom, there was my Bolt. Had I drawn up a want list, this vehicle would have been the result. Doug showed me some excellent financial incentives that made the car one that I could own. I came back the following day to buy what I'd seen. I was in the right place and that was the right car. The process was shorter and easier than any car purchase I'd heretofore experienced. Several hours later, I drove home in my 2020 Bolt EV. My thanks to Doug Beagle, Chris Catalano & Stephen Eidlen for making my experience smooth and easy. More
