Bill never pressured us, understood our needs versus wants and our financial concerns. He never inundated us with bothersome phone call or emails which was such a relief. Bill reached out to us when there were sales/discounts that applied to the vehicles we expressed interest in. We can't say enough good things about the type and quality of service he provided to us...never felt pressured to buy. I called them up and set up a time to meet on Monday. Michael is one of the nicest people I have ever met in sales. I have purchased a few cars before, and this was the most pleasurable experience so far. I wish I knew more people who needed cars right now, I would gladly send them to Michael. He explained to me everything I needed to know carefully and descriptively and I did not have one question unanswered. Excellence at its best. The last time I bought a car I felt like I was just another number in a sales book. I left there feeling like I was one of the family there. I am very glad I came there and will be back again. To show you how awesome Michael is, I have XM satellite radio on the car, and the signal did not go in right away. I left the dealer around 12:45pm. He called me at 9:47 that night with help to get the XM working. How many other salesmen would have done that. He could have waited until the next day, but he didn't.
