I was in search of a used vehicle to replace a 15 year old car that had seen far better days. Although I wasn't exactly sure which type of vehicle I was looking for, I knew my needs and Brandon was a gre old car that had seen far better days. In fact, he found me a great car on my first visit. Although it was great and right in my price range, I somehow felt it wasn't quite the one for me. No salesman likes to see a customer walk away, but he was understanding and not pushy about it as so many other sales people can be. A couple of days later, I received a call from Brandon mentioning he'd just taken in another car that might be a good fit for me. He was right, it was even better than the first one he showed me and I ended up buying it. I've had it for about a month now & am very happy with it. I greatly appreciate Brandon's follow through and patience to find me the right fit in a car, and all without high pressure sales tactics. He's a wonderful representative for this dealership. More

I went to Lester Glenn Chevrolet to look at an Equinox. I had very specific ideas about what I wanted and did not want and Bill was the first salesperson in two days of visiting various car dealerships who I had very specific ideas about what I wanted and did not want and Bill was the first salesperson in two days of visiting various car dealerships who was able to answer yes to all of my questions! It was amazing. I did not feel like I was dealing with a "salesman" but rather someone who was interested in helping me find exactly what I wanted. He was very pleasant to deal with and answered all of our many questions. He spent time with us looking at all the cars in 90 degree weather until we found what we wanted never showing any impatience as we changed our minds on certain options over many hours.
