Bill Murry. Mr.Murry displayed a genuine sense of knowledge of his trade and a sincere friendly and respectful manner in handling questions, both my wife and I had asked. The Bottom line is we left that day driving a 2012-Chevy Cruze,a great vehicle we knew nothing about until that day. Mr. Murry, represents the best qualities in all the four criteria presented above.
