I was there for an oil change for my truck. First, I was taken prior to my appointment time. That was a surprise. I brought my Bolt in for the battery recall and asked that they check out a noise. The exchange of the battery was as quick as expected. The noise was a tough one, but they stuck with it. It turned out to be an obscure problem that could have proven a safety issue down the road. They fixed. I was kept informed all along on what was going on.
