I brought my Bolt in for the battery recall and asked that they check out a noise. The exchange of the battery was as quick as expected. The noise was a tough one, but they stuck with it. Brought my truck in for a power steering hose leak, tech said it was the pump and steering gear after I told them it was a pressure line off the P/S pump. $2K later still leaking when I picked it up. Had to bring it in the next day and tell them again it was a hose and you can't miss it. Tech found it the 2nd time and replaced at no cost. Wasted 2 grand on parts that probably didn't need to be changed due to incompetent tech. On the fence now when it comes to trusting what they say is wrong with my vehicle.
