Every single time I bring my vehicle in to be serviced, there are issues. This latest time, I was told on the phone when scheduling the appointment (on Thurs, Aug 1st) that my vehicle would need to be kept there are issues. This latest time, I was told on the phone when scheduling the appointment (on Thurs, Aug 1st) that my vehicle would need to be kept 24-48 hours. Then I was told when I dropped off my vehicle for my scheduled appointment (Wed, Aug 6th @ 9am) I was told by my rep (Emaleigh) that it would be 48-72 hours, but it "should be quick because they were knocking out appointments faster than expected". By Friday (Aug 8th) morning, I still hadn't received any updates at all, so I reached out for an update and was informed that they hadn't even started looking at my car yet and to expect an update maybe on Monday because they "were really backed up". Finally get an update on Monday (Aug 11th) that they figured out the issue and the total would be $936. When I asked if the vehicle would be ready that day, I was told "hopefully today, but possibly tomorrow". When I asked when that would officially be determined since it was now two days past when I originally thought I'd get it back and my family was still down to one vehicle, I was told I'd receive a call back in 30 minutes. About an hour and a half later, I received a call back saying it wouldn't be ready until around 9-930 am on Tues, Aug 12th. When I showed up on Tuesday morning to pick up my vehicle, I was provided an invoice that was $300+ more than I was told. When I brought this up to the receptionist, she handed me the invoice to see she wasn't wrong. When I told her it was still incorrect, she directed me to the Service Manager, Carlos. After discussing it with Carlos, I was informed that $100 of the extra charge was essentially shop fees and taxes, and he apologized that Emaleigh inform me of this when she gave me the total. Carlos was unable to find where the additional $200+ charges came from. He brought Emaleigh into his office to ask her, but she didn't know either. After apologizing again, Carlos corrected the discrepancy and reduced my total. This is just one of MANY issues I have had at Leson over the last several years and I can honestly say that most of the employees are incompetent, aside from the Service Manager, Carlos. More
