Mr Billy was one of the rudest service managers I’ve ever met. I have stains in my driveway from my rear end leaking but since I cleaned all the excess oil, he refuses to even fix it. We told him to put in writing that my truck doesn’t have a problem and sign it, but he didn’t do that or even talk to me when I came to pick up my truck, instead, just yelled at his service people to go do a spot check underneath my truck. I feel bad for anybody that has to work under him and I will never buy another General Motors vehicles without or use this dealership again. More
