Almost every visit to the service department of this dealership requires another visit. This time, a defective part was installed. Nobody checked it out before returning my car to me. Shortly after I drove away, it was obvious that the new camera was not working properly, and I had to turn right back around to go back to the service department. Several weeks later, I’m still waiting for the new part to come in. These people seem not to care in the least about the many ways they inconvenience customers. It’s a mystery to me how such a poorly run enterprise can stay in business. More
