They have no concern to get your vehicle fixed when it's clear there's a problem but GM says it's normal. Even the shop foreman and service manager knows there's a problem. The only problem I had was when I came to get serve and told them what I wanted then they keep telling me I need to get a diagnostic when I already had one down.
