I was disappointed with my service because they didn't complete all that I requested and didn't verbally inform me that they didn't complete my tire rotation as requested. They only mention it on the invo complete all that I requested and didn't verbally inform me that they didn't complete my tire rotation as requested. They only mention it on the invoice and I didn't read it until had driven away. They claim there was a swollen nut on the wheels. That was a big let down for me. Now I'll have to make an appointment at a different Chevy dealership to complete my needed service. This incident has made me loose confidence in Lesson Chevrolet service department.. The location is convenient for me but the length of time it takes for an oil change is very long. I was told it would take an hour but it was much longer.
