Extremely poor service Took car in for Ford airbag recall. Car ran perfectly before taking in. When picked up after airbag recall completed the car immediately conked out at Took car in for Ford airbag recall. Car ran perfectly before taking in. When picked up after airbag recall completed the car immediately conked out at low speed repeatedly. Called to ask to have the problem fixed. Was told there is no connection at all with work done and engine performance. Told I don’t buy that. 2 days later was told no issues identified and nothing they did was responsible for the problem. Told they thought bad tank of gas. I called my trusted mechanic who immediately said without a doubt Les Stumpf did not power down battery for required time before pulling dashboard down to replace airbag. My mechanic told me to YouTube video on Idle Reschedule Process and problem would be solved. He was 100% correct. 15 minutes later my car ran just as it did prior to taking it to dealership. Perfect. It’s quire obvious they were responsible by their lack of knowledge on the recall repair and. Even worse denying they caused the problem and not knowing how to diagnose and fix. Have/ will continue to share my poor experience with others and will never do business with Les Stumpf Ford in future More

Great service I needed brakes on my 2014 Escape and went to quick lane and Floyd Brewer got the car in, got a ride home for me and 3 hours later the shuttle driver I needed brakes on my 2014 Escape and went to quick lane and Floyd Brewer got the car in, got a ride home for me and 3 hours later the shuttle driver was there, took me back to the garage and picked up the car. I arrived to the used car dealership completely locked; every entrance door clearly has the business hours posted and open at 8:30 a.m. Waited til 8:50 a.m. and called the number on salesman Daryl's business card. Female, I believe she said her name was Nicole tells me everyone is in a meeting at the new car dealership. I stated I had an appointment and it is now 15 minutes past my scheduled time; she says "Oh I will get Paul right over there" I said I am not sure who Paul is I am dealing with Daryl! Waited ten more minutes and left. It is now 5:40 in the evening and still have not heard from anyone!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across!!! More
