I have used this dealership 3 times since purchasing my 2023 Bolt EV. Each time I have requested the dealership to diagnose a clunking noise coming from the passenger side rear area. The 1st time I was told I’d need a separate appointment for this. I made the 2nd appointment to coincide with my 7500 mile maintenance. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told they didn’t have the car long enough to figure out the problem, they would need the car for an entire day. I scheduled a 3rd appointment, well in advance, to diagnose the clunking and a new rattle in the dash, along with my 15,000 mile maintenance. The appointment was made online and I was quite specific about what I needed done. When I arrived, I was informed that the dealership would now need to have my vehicle for 5 to 7 days, but since they didn’t have any loaners, they couldn’t fix the problem….again. My service rep, stated that they would set up another appointment if I wished but he never followed through when I picked up my vehicle. Additionally, while I was at the dealership, I stopped by the parts department to inquire about a camera for my car. They could have in stock within a matter of a few days. I asked about the installation cost and was told to talk to a service rep! The parts person couldn’t pick up the phone and call my service rep? When I returned later in the day to pick up my car, the service rep made no attempt to schedule another appointment as he indicated he would do, no one from parts spoke to my rep about installing a dash camera and the associated costs and for the second time, my vehicle wasn’t even washed. I want to use this dealership but it seems they are not interested in vehicles other than Corvettes. The dealership doesn’t seem to feel they need my business. Perhaps it’s time to go elsewhere. More

I came here to get my corvette looked at and fixed based off the reputation Les Stanford has being the corvette king. Wow was I wrong! I called and spoke to an advisor Named Brain and told me to bring the car in the same day on 02/13/2023 and was told that I should hear back from someone that week.on my service work order the promise date was 02/16/2023 so I called the service department on 02/21/2023 at 10:52Am after not hearing from anybody and spoke to a gentlemen and he could not locate any info on my car I gave him my R.O number then he asked me who my service advisor was I told him Brian. He informed me that Brian was with a customer at the moment and that he will have him call me once he is Free. I waited couple hours and did not hear back from anyone so I called back at 1pm and spoke to Brian and asked him for an update on my car he told me that he did not know he needs to find one of his mechanics that is comfortable to work on my car and he will call me back. I did not hear from him all day so I called brain back this morning 02/22/2023 and asked him again if he had a status update on my car he said he did not have an update for me and that was going to be a while till it was done. I asked him what was a while and I expressed to him that I had people wanting to buy the car from me and I needed an estimated date of completion for the repair so I knew what to tell my potential buyer. Brians demeanor changed and became very rude and had the audacity to tell me that if I want to come pick up the car I can. I told him to work on his customer service skills and let him know that I will be picking the car up. I called an hour later to speak to a service manager and it was the gentlemen Brian that answered I asked to speak to a service manager and he informed me that he was the service manager. So I had to call a tow truck to pick up my car due to icey road conditions I could not drive it and I had the car towed to a different dealership to get worked on. I am disgusted with the customer service I received. Funny thing is with this dealership being near my house I had also messaged A salesmen Ali Reda yesterday on Facebook regarding a car that I would like to get in June or July. But after this experience I will not be giving any of my hard earned money to Les Stanford Chevrolet Thanks Brain for the very unpleasant experience. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to not go here and take their business to a dealership who’s sales people appreciate the business instead of chase it away. If I had the choice to give 0 stars I would of because 1 is too many. More
