This was the first time that I had to bring my 2023 corvette in for service, they replaced the defective battery, changed the oil and installed 2 radiator screens on the front, all the work was complet corvette in for service, they replaced the defective battery, changed the oil and installed 2 radiator screens on the front, all the work was completed in the same day, I would highly recommend this dealership, I’m am very annal when it comes to my cars, kudos to Mike the service manager and the professional team at Les Stanford Chevrolet. This was a terrible experience. My car was there over a week and no one contacted me one way or another even though they said they would. I had to call them 3 different times to get My car was there over a week and no one contacted me one way or another even though they said they would. I had to call them 3 different times to get the status. When they finally were able to give me a estimate for the work, they asked me for the last 4 digits of my social security number. When I wasn't willing to give them that they said I had to physically come in to sign off on it. I decided to take it elsewhere. When I asked for the estimate they had givene on the phone in writing, they hand wrote. Never once apologized for never getting back to me. Terrible customer service! More
