They didn’t perform the services they said they did, they are LIARS! They didn’t rotate the tires, or fix the flat tire (had to take it elsewhere and pay for that), and they didn’t check the air conditioner are LIARS! When I called them to tell them they didn’t perform the services they said they did, nobody ever returned any of my numerous calls and messages that I left over the course of 5 days. Worst customer service ever from the service team to the service manager since nobody ever called me back to remedy this. They will cheat you by telling you they performed services on your vehicle, when in reality, they don’t! More
Took my car in for a basic routine oil change and tire rotation stated to the technician that my engine light is on my dashboard. Could you please take a look at that. Picked up my car the engine light is still on my dashboard saying check engine light and then I also have a low tire light on as well. Which I don’t understand when they did a multi point check car system.
