I was pleased with the service department although I wish they could have researched a little more on a couple of my issues. The staff(Mgrs, Service dept, Cashiers, etc) are always professiona. Currently there is a problem with a recent oil change, some things was not done let's see how this will be handled. On Tuesday 3/11 the Service Advisor was to begin work on my vehicle as the insurance company had approved my claim after visiting the dealership and looking at the vehicle. I also called the service advisor my vehicle as the insurance company had approved my claim after visiting the dealership and looking at the vehicle. I also called the service advisor on 3/11 that afternoon and confirmed the insurance company had approved the claim and paid me.The service advisor was told to begin working on the car Tuesday 3/11. The service advisor let me know there was a $270 tow bill. I let him know that the tow bill amount was incorrect, it should be $115. I informed him that I would contact the towing company for the new bill to be submitted. The towing company called the dealership and spoke with the service manager that same day and provided the adjusted amount. The towing item was taken care of. I called the service advisor on Thursday 3/13 to check when my vehicle would be done. He said to me. “ Oh you want us to start on the car”. They had not worked on my car at all. They did not start on my car until Friday 3/14 and took until Monday 3/17 at 5:30 to finish it. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car for 7 days when it should have been 3 at most. Their follow up and responsiveness is awful. You as the customer have to follow up on everything with their team. I chose this dealership and spent $2400 for work and parts. Even after giving them $2400 they could care less about how much I had to spend on a rental car and also how time consuming it was to get this car repaired. Be prepared to have to make a lot of confirming phone calls. Insurance only covers $25 per day for rentals you have to pay after that. A compact car with taxes and fees is more than $25 More
