He was not pushy and did his best to provide the services we needed. We highly recommend anyone to specifically ask for Wade Duncan as you will not be disappointed. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER HAD DISPLEASURE TO WORK WITH! I would give a negative STAR rating if possible. They are guilty of "Bait and Switch". But the attitude towards customer service is unforgiveable. I have not yet been able to determine if they really are THAT STUPID or they JUST DON"T CARE? I was an internet buyer, so perhaps their attitude is that I was probably a one time customer, so who cares! I purchased a slighty used 2015 Explorer Limited loaded with options including NAV system. When Explorer delivered, the NAV chip was not installed. And there was NO Temporary Plate even though it was detailed in writing SEVERAL TIMES and I was charged for one. I immediately notified Angela of missing chip and LACK OF Temporary Plate. I received email confirmation "I will overnight the temp plate today, and as far as the chip goes, I will see if we have one here I can overnight from here, if not I will have to order you one" A very lengthy interaction stream of multiple phone calls and emails insued over a 3 month period. Multiple excuses of "I will get with my parts department and find out the status of your Navigational chip" etc. But no chip. Again promised, but never delivered. I point blank asked if you really are going to deliver the promised chip or not? If you are reneging on your promises and you have little value of your integrity and reputation, then fine. Just tell me to go away and I will buy my own darn chip. But at least have the guts to point blank tell me NO. I really needed the chip for an 1800 mile trip to pick up a boat. Plus this was an out of state sale. You would have thought this was the first deal they ever did with out of state paperwork. Internet shoppers beware! It took me three trips to DMW in Florida and more than two hours wait twice, phoning and faxing Les Mack begging them to send/fax correct paperwork. I had sent the correct FL. forms to dealership with attached sticky ARROW printed "SIGN HERE". They returned paperwork with data and a letter, BUT DID NOT SIGN THE FORM! You can't make such incompetence up. It could have been worse, and sholud have REQUIRED a 4th TRIP to return with the original document, but the supervisor at DMV took pity on me and accepted a fax copy. I just can't believe the incompetence and lack of customer service. This IS the SHORT STORY. More insued about delays in sending paperwork and the delivery of my vehicle were also mismanaged issues. More
