First, l was given a rental car while my car was being fixed and it was absolutely disgusting. Completely dirty on the inside, garbage in the cup holders, every light blinking on the dash board. Oil change took an hour and 20 minutes. Other times it has been an hour or more also. I can go other places and it takes 40 minutes. The mechanic ssid there was a BMW in the way.
