This is about the AMAZING service team in Minocqua. My car had an issue that the Land Rover dealer had to fix. Lenz kindly brought my car to Appleton, and when that dealer couldn’t fix it, brought it t My car had an issue that the Land Rover dealer had to fix. Lenz kindly brought my car to Appleton, and when that dealer couldn’t fix it, brought it to Waukesha. Kaitlyn kept me in the loop the entire time. Lenz let me use a loaner car, and went absolutely above and beyond for customer service on an issue that wasn’t theirs. Thank you!!! More
I worked with Josh and Nick recently on some repair issues that were needed on my 2013 GMC Denali.
