I was so impressed by this dealership and our sales rep, Baldemar. This was our first experience buying a car from out of state and we were nervous about not driving the actual car prior but through multipl Baldemar. They were also upfront with the sales price of the car and didn’t add on all these ridiculous fees later on in the process. The car was delivered to us in a timely manner and they followed up with us to make sure everything was in order. More

First, l was given a rental car while my car was being fixed and it was absolutely disgusting. Completely dirty on the inside, garbage in the cup holders, every light blinking on the dash board. Oil change took an hour and 20 minutes. Other times it has been an hour or more also. I can go other places and it takes 40 minutes. The mechanic ssid there was a BMW in the way. Mechanics need to be more aware of how much time the customer is waiting. No one seems to be managing the service center to ensure service times. More
