Quick but Missing Details For the most part, buying a used vehicle was very easy with Lenz. It took less than 20 minutes to sign the papers and walk away with the truck. The st For the most part, buying a used vehicle was very easy with Lenz. It took less than 20 minutes to sign the papers and walk away with the truck. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, the fine details were lacking from this dealership. When we got in the vehicle to leave, there were a few papers on the floor which was no big deal but the thing that irritated me was the gas light came on the second it was started. The dealer had to have seen this as the truck was moved multiple times since we test drove it. I realize there are no requirements for a used vehicle but when someone spends that much money from your business, paying attention to the little details could make a big difference whether you create a loyal customer or someone who may not return or recommend to friends and family. More

Worst experience at a dealership ever I have owned over 25 vehicles so far all purchased from dealerships and this was BY FAR the worst experience ever! After paying over $40,000 for a tru I have owned over 25 vehicles so far all purchased from dealerships and this was BY FAR the worst experience ever! After paying over $40,000 for a truck, I had several issues to say the least. After contacting my salesman, I was told he would call me back. That was over 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for the call. I ended up taking my new truck to the dealership down by me the next day after purchasing it only to have it gone for 5 days while they fixed several issues with it. And my local dealership told me it came from Canada and was a "dealer buyback" vehicle which was NEVER mentioned to me. The truck also had scratches that I was told they would fix, but after 3 phone calls and voicemails, no one has called back to schedule the apt to fix them. These are just a few issues. I never write these reviews, but my experience was so horrible, I had to write this one. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!! More

Nick at the Minocqua Service department was so helpful and kind. The diagnosis was not great but they ordered the parts and had them installed and my car fixed in just a few days. The repairs came in UNDER the estimated cost which was amazing. Thank you for your integrity! I would definitely recommend Lenz service department and would use them again! Poor customer service We bought our truck on July 25th 2019, but we did not take possession that day because our. salesman, Zach, told us that he would have the truck buffe We bought our truck on July 25th 2019, but we did not take possession that day because our. salesman, Zach, told us that he would have the truck buffed and detailed on the outside and would clean the inside and deliver the truck on the 29th. Truck was delivered with a very poorly done buff job, not even washed and the interior was not cleaned. Ive bought a lot of vehicles in my time and this is the only time the vehicle was not cleaned and detailed before I took possession .Very unsatisfied More

We were in the area looking for trucks at other dealerships and had seen 2 specific trucks we wanted to see. We were greeted by the receptionist and then watched as she went from office to office trying to get someone to come speak with us. She went back twice to some offices. Not one person would come out to speak with us or even greet us. We were ready to purchase and did not require financing. Would have been an easy sale. The LACK of common courtesy was unbelievable. Would NEVER buy from them and am sharing our experience. More
