I purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra and within a week I had very serious problems with the check engine light. Which turned out to be a broken fuel pump I was not satisfied with their approach to fix it. This process felt seamless and easy. Everyone we came in contact with at this location was great. We called ahead of time to reserve the vehicle for a test drive, we had no issues and de Everyone we came in contact with at this location was great. My 11 year old daughter stayed in the lobby and Joshua kindly changed the channel to a kid friendly show for her without anyone asking as paperwork takes a while. I thought this was so nice, and I know it made this wait a lot easier on my daughter as we also had an hour drive back home. We loved the warranty offered with purchase of the vehicle and feel we're in good hands. More

The Tahoe I purchased was a complete SCAM. I have had the top end of the motor fixed, TWICE. running boards are busted, suspension was replaced, and now my transmission blew out. The extra ins I have had the top end of the motor fixed, TWICE. running boards are busted, suspension was replaced, and now my transmission blew out. The extra insurance I bought from them as well, was a complete SCAM. They don't cover anything but some parts that are found in the fine print of paperwork. I will not be back to Lenz and I'm telling as many people as I can. I got a lemon!!! More
