Vehicle was taken in over 30 past appointment time Vehicle was taken in over 30 past appointment time and they wouldn't fix a part I just needed assistance with, due to disability, changing a filter. I would have paid for them to do it and they wouldn't fix have had time if taken in on time. Also, took me over two years to come get it fixed due to work scheduling conflict and they couldn't fit me in. It was a sensor. More

This was my first time car shopping. I appreciated the hassle free experience. Once I found the vehicle I wanted Joshua was great at walking me through the next steps. He was kind, frien I appreciated the hassle free experience. Once I found the vehicle I wanted Joshua was great at walking me through the next steps. He was kind, friendly and answered all my questions about the vehicle and financing. Steve then helped with finalizing the financing and he was great! Super friendly and very thorough. Once that was completed, we met back up with Joshua to get the vehicle. Before we left, he took the time to hop in the vehicle with us and walk us through all the features. Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend Lenz Truck to anyone! More
