Very welcoming dealership, everyone made my wife and I feel comfortable. I like how they let us test drive by ourselves and take as much time as we needed. The only two things we didn't care for was the quarter tank of fuel and the inside windows being dirty from the over spray from the protection sealant. Recently bought a used Dodge Ram from Lenz. After driving the vehicle for a few days I noticed a couple of problems with it. Contacted Lenz and they had me come in to look at the truck. I spoke After driving the vehicle for a few days I noticed a couple of problems with it. Contacted Lenz and they had me come in to look at the truck. I spoke with general manager and service manager. Both were friendly and pleasant. They had to order a part so they gave me a loaner for the night. Truck was fixed the next day at no charge. Overall a good experience with Lenz and I would buy from them again. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is I feel the issues with my truck should have been caught before they sold it to me. Nevertheless they rectified the issues at no charge and I am happy with purchase. More

My wife and I recently bought our second truck form Mike at Lenz. We had another great experience. If you like to buy a vehicle without the hassle of bartering for the price and getting a fair deal, this is at Lenz. We had another great experience.
