In July we purchased a used Ford Foucs we talked with John Scott. His experience and knowledge about the car and financing was excellent. My husband spoke with John again and explained what was going on with the repair on car and he helped us trade our 08 Fusion in and drive off the lot in a new 2012 Fusion. I can genuinely say that not only did your team especially Rick Mickoljewski, Stan, James Dixon and Key Martin showed us great kindness, but also went above and beyond to ease the situation and give us peace of mind.
