I was greeted by Robert Butt shortly after arriving. He was quick to greet and welcome to to the dealership. I told him i was there to get my wifes 2013 Mustang serviced. My truck was having an alternator issue this past Saturday and the shop had just closed for the day. A few of the service guys stayed late and had it replaced within a few minutes. First I wouldn't recommend the Ford Escape. Even service advisor said they are having all kinds of technology problem and can't keep up with it. Next, I would not buy anything from Lenoir City Ford because with their maintenace package you have to use them and their service is terrible. I brought my new Ford Escape in to get serviced with a check engine light on. I was told to bring it back 4 times. Then I was told for all my trouble I would get free tank of gas which they didn't do until I brought it back a 5th time and they had my car for over 30 minutes to have it filled up. I would stay away from this dealership it's worth the extra miles to go to another Ford dealership for sales and services. More

Bought our 2010 Explorer from Lenoir City Ford and have since had ALL service done on the vehicle at this dealership. Ted Russell Ford is across the street from us and we would NOT service our cars (also have a 2010 Escape) there if it was the last dealership on earth. Lenoir City is almost 15 miles further to drive, but well worth the trip. The service personel have all of our infromation in the computer data base and always lets us know when a particular service is due on the vehicle(s). They had to replace a battery today as well as a basic oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades and multi-point inspection to assure us that our vehicle was in tip-top shape. They called us before replacing the battery to be certain that this was OK with us. They gave us a quote of the charges for the service so that we could decide if this was something that we could afford. Candace get our vehicle scheduled in for the maintenance and saw it through to the time that we picked it up. She also reminded us that we had a credit of $62.00 on our Ford rewards card that we took advantage of. Top notch service from a top notch dealer/service department. We wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently got a letter from ford motor company about my car. I took it to the dealership in Sweetwater where i live and was told that my car wasn't doing what the letter said the service man didn't even lo car. I called ford motor co and they told me to take it to lenoir city ford. i called and made an appointment to take the car in. when i got there, they took my car in right away and fixed it per the letter. I am 63 years old and i have never in my lifetime been treated so nice. I will never take my car to anyone else specially not to the ford place here in sweetwater, tn. I don't think there are ratings high enough for the ford place in lenoir city. More
