Car trouble while on vacation I had the misfortune of car trouble while on I-75 in Tennessee. Lenoir City Ford was the closest major shop so we got towed into the shop on a Sunday I had the misfortune of car trouble while on I-75 in Tennessee. Lenoir City Ford was the closest major shop so we got towed into the shop on a Sunday afternoon. The next day they had diagnosed the transmission as the problem and were prepared to begin the repair. The work was done quickly once the parts were delivered. Tom and the rest of the employees went out of their way to explain the issue and keep us posted along the way. Once we got home I did some research and verified that we got a great price. I recommend these guys if you live in the area, or if you need assistance while passing by. More
Comforting and Caring Service My wife, daughter and grandchildren were traveling home to Ohio from Florida when they struck debris on the highway, flattening one of the tires. They called Ford roadside assistance since our Flex is still under warranty. Lenoir sent their team out to help with the temporary spare and took great care of my family when I couldn't. We were close to needing new tires this fall and opted to replace all 4 instead of having a mix of tires on the vehicle. The sales team arranged for a reasonable price on 4 new Michelins and got them there within a short time. The service team had them on the car in no time as well as checking the undercarriage etc. for any further damage. All while having a frazzled Mother and Grandmother and 3 restless young children on their hands. My wife says "They were fabulous". I say thank you, job well done. More

Rick and Candace has always been so helpful in taking care of all my service needs. From warranty work, normal servicing, to all the other things I need repaired, they always exceed my expectations. Lenoir City Ford had my vehicle on and off for several weeks. They were working on seals inthe PTU unit. 3 times they replaced the seals, and 3 times the seals leaked. After the 3rd failed attempt, t weeks. They were working on seals inthe PTU unit. 3 times they replaced the seals, and 3 times the seals leaked. After the 3rd failed attempt, the vehicle was returned to them once again. After having it another 3 days, I received a call from the service department stating that they had bad news, that the PTU was damaged. They stated that it would be another $2000.00 and that they would submit all of the information to my extended warranty company. Who by the way, had paid for everything so far. At this point, the warranty company said that they would have to send out a inspector. They thought that it was strange that this dealership had said that the seals needed replaced and had been paid to replace the seals. Each time the seals were repaired, there was severe leaking. After the inspector came out, they stated that the PTU had been damaged. But SURPRISE, Lenoir City Ford stated that they had not damaged the PTU. They however could not explain that after COUNTLESS times of them removing and installing this part in order to replace the seals, this had never been noticed. I don't think so!!!!! Their incompetent service technicians do not know what they are doing. The technicians and the service manager KNOW that their service department damaged this part. However, there was NO WAY to prove it. After many weeks of Lenoir City Ford being unable to correct the problem, never offering a loaner car and being unable to fix the problem, we made the decision to trade in our vehicle. Ford has had countless problems with the 07 Ford Edge. Including problems with the transmission and the PTU unit. However, they don't issue any recalls....only service bulletins that basically say we acknowledge that we have any issue, but we are not doing anything about it. Don't ever trust Lenoir City Ford. They are crooked as the day is long. My vehicle that I had taken extremely good care of and started having such severe problems with, when the car only had 68,000 miles on it is ridiculous. Ford does not back up and support their products or their customers. Lenoir City Ford did however offer to accept my vehicle as a trade. Thanks but NO THANKS. More

My truck was having an alternator issue this past Saturday and the shop had just closed for the day. A few of the service guys stayed late and had it replaced within a few minutes. I can't think of the last time that I have ever had such a nice and professional group of techs working on getting me taken care of. I'll definitely make the 30 mile trip anytime I need anything!
