Does not care about the Customer DO NOT have your vehicle serviced at Lenoir City Ford!!!!!! Greg Johnson was my service advisor. I took my F150 in for a spark plug change. They bo DO NOT have your vehicle serviced at Lenoir City Ford!!!!!! Greg Johnson was my service advisor. I took my F150 in for a spark plug change. They botched the initial Job and didn't tighten the spark plugs to specification. I took the vehicle back for a 9a.m appointment to have the issue corrected. 6 hours later they had not even began to look at my vehicle. Greg did not care that I had an appointment and didn't care that they messed up the initial job. I thought maybe Greg was having a bad day until I spoke to his manager Chuck Quiett. He also didn't care that they botched the initial job and also didn't care that they missed my appointment by 6 hours. I would not have Greg Johnson or Chuck Quiett oversee the service of my vehicle. Their attention to detail is subpar and will only cost you more money in the long run. Do yourself a favor and take you vehicle to a Ford Dealership that cares about the customer. Lenoir City Ford is not the place!!!! More

I apparently called the service center call center and the lady I talked to messed everything up. My husband along with our two boys took my explorer to have two minor things fixed before we left the next day for Ft. Lauderdale. Well, only one thing was fixed after sitting there for 3 hours and the most important thing was my outlet in the back and it could not be fixed. That was a necessity for my boys electronics on our 14 hour drive. Brittany got the piece ordered and made me an 8:00 appointment the next day. I packed the car and we stopped by on our way out of town. Brittany got me in quickly and they replaced the piece. We tested it before we left and it still wasn't working. She knew we were ready to get on the road and needed a way to charge electronics. She went to her car and got us her personal car charger to use on our trip. Even though my outlet did not get fixed before my trip she did all she could to get me back on the road as quick as possible. She is amazing! Her customer service skills are great even when I wasn't happy and very rude on the phone she still stayed pleasant and found a solution to my problem. She is definitely an asset to your team! More
Sales department is great! Service center is horrible!! I had a wonderful experience buying my 2015 Ford Fusion. Cecil Ball & Frank Cardwell were excellent & took great care of me. The first oil change on I had a wonderful experience buying my 2015 Ford Fusion. Cecil Ball & Frank Cardwell were excellent & took great care of me. The first oil change only took one hour. I thought that it wasn't too bad, I can deal with 1 hour. Each visit since to the service center has only gotten worse. I always schedule an appointment. I waited 3 hours with my children for an oil change. The pump for the oil was down & delayed things, but nobody told me until I inquired about my car. The last straw was another scheduled appointment for an oil change & to take off my winter tires & put regular tires on wheels, then onto my car. After 4 hours, I inquired about my car. They informed me that the machine that puts the tires on the wheels was down. They also were unable to get my oil changed in that time for some reason. I'm very upset & feel that the money for the extended warranty for service at Lenoir City Ford is wasted! I heard a lot of "I'm sorry" and an offer for my car to get even more miles for someone to come puli like my car up at my job. I told them to give me a couple of days to cool off. It's been almost 2 months & I still have not heard from anyone to rectify this. More
Horrible Service Department Lenoir City Ford's service department was recommended to me by a long time customer. First time I called to sent up service, they were beyond friendly. When I took my truck in, they were rushed and dos not listen to me. This visit was routine oil change and an alignment. My problems started after this visit! The truck started acting up and making a horrible noise. Even my own father, a certified technician in a different state, couldn't figure it out. Then, in December it was scheduled to go back because they were certain the new noise was a caliper locking up.... After a horrible drop off resulting in me being over 2 hours late to work and the service department brushing off my concerns once again, I picked the truck up only to find they weren't concerned about the noise and were convinced the caliper was it. I asked them to check the alignment at this visit too and was told all was well. Finally made it home to see dad and he was stunned. He swears an alignment was NEVER done on the truck or done so badly it had ruined a brand new set of tires in mere months. He rotated them for me while home and instructed me to call them and let them know the issue. And so... I did! I was basically called a liar and an idiot and spoken to as if I didn't know a single thing about my truck nor service regarding it! Not to mention, I NEVER got irate and even went along with the serviceman in agreeing to set up a new appointment. He placed me on hold to "clear a ticket" for quite a while. When he picked the phone back up, I heard him speaking to another female employee who happened to mention not to argue with me ha use I knew too much. He greeted me as though I had never talked to him before, then acted like he couldn't hear me and blatantly hung up on me! Really? This is how your service department acts? Are you even performing the services you are charging for? I'd have to say no since I will be putting another new set of tires on my truck because of the service departments failure to correctly (if they ever did) align my truck! Way to act!! The long time customer that referred me now refuses to even bring his vehicle in and will never revisit! Be warned that they tell you that all is good but may not have even performed the service requested, not to mention they don't back the work they claim to do! Way to drag the Ford name in the mud guys! More

Back breaks had to be replaced and some work with the front rotors. Rachel was very proficient in explaining exactly what was being done and confirmed that I was aware and okay with the pricing before continuing with the work. Very pleased with the customer service displayed by the representative today. More
Extremely poor service Have had my 2014 Ford Fusion in multiple times to get the head liner repaired. Once last year and again this year. This year (2015) is the worst. To many excuses they are not getting my vehicle repaired as scheduled. All I want is to get my head liner repaired so it will not come loose again. I will never go back to or recommend this dealership to any one. I worked at a Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership and I have never been treated and lied to like I have Lenoir City Ford. The only good thing I can say is the service advisor Robyn. She has done all she can do to help, gone out of her way to help, but her hands are tied and cant do anymore than she can do. Slow and have no customer service ability 9am oil change appointment. I had to ask about it around 9:45am and was finally told it would be next. At 10:10am I got the keys and left. No one ever came back and said anything about why it was taking so long or ever worried about their customer. There is an all new crew in this department and they just lost a loyal customer. I do enjoy the sales department and the people, but unfortunately this incident will keep me from ever returning to Lenoir City Ford. More
Shop fee ripoff!!! I bought a new 2012 Focus from Sparta TN because I couldn't get a deal from Lenoir City Ford. The new 2013 c-max was purchased from Sweetwater TN. Sam I bought a new 2012 Focus from Sparta TN because I couldn't get a deal from Lenoir City Ford. The new 2013 c-max was purchased from Sweetwater TN. Same reason. Now I get screwed by the repair center. My shifter cable broke Monday. I tie wrapped it together and drove it to LC Ford. Couldn't find a key drop box so I brought it down the next morning. Late Tuesday the service dept says they didn't quite finish it and it would be done by noon the next day. I called 8 times the next morning and finally got thru to service at 11:30. That guy mentioned that the cable came in this morning and should be done before they close. Huh, a different story than I heard the night before. So far things are no big deal but When I paid I was charged a $25 "shop fee" that was never disclosed prior. They say it's for shop rags and cleaning agents. BULL! As far as I'm concerned they stole that money from me. Charge for no reason is theft in my book. I'll never go back!!! More
