Fantastic service! I was having trouble with my vehicle, which was purchased from a different dealership, after about 2 years of ownership. I had called the dealership f I was having trouble with my vehicle, which was purchased from a different dealership, after about 2 years of ownership. I had called the dealership from whom i purchased the vehicle and explained the problems i was experiencing and told that my warranty would cover it. When i arrived at the dealership Josh explained that the specific part that needed repair had been specifically itemized out of my contract. Even though it was not his fault nor this dealerships, Josh was extremely apologetic and kind and even went as far as to try and lower the cost as a courtesy. After resolving this issue, we scheduled an oil change as well as a repair on a recall part on my car for the following week and Josh offered to personally drive me next door to my job and pick me up once the repair was finished. Josh is an extremely helpful and professional employee and is a strong asset to the Ford Lenoir City team. Thank you Josh for all your help and courtesy! More

My sales associate (who always treats me as a friend), Cecil Ball, always remembers who I am, and shows a personal concern about my life. Ben Reel in the Service Department is an outstanding service "advisor" who never tries to over-sell someone (like some other dealerships have done), but explains exactly only what is needed. These two men make a BIG difference for a Ford dealership well worth purchasing and service any vehicle from. More
Bad customer service My Dad purchased a new Fusion and around 3000 miles the tire blew and when he went to service department he was treated rudely. He’s almost 80 years My Dad purchased a new Fusion and around 3000 miles the tire blew and when he went to service department he was treated rudely. He’s almost 80 years old. It’s like they get your money for the car but could care less about customers after that point. I’ve called Ford filed a claim, left phone message for service manager and he didn’t return my call, I asked that day if he was working the phone operator stated yes but he was in a meeting. A week later still no response. We try to keep our business local but for now on we’ll go somewhere that appreciates it customers even after the sale. More
Insane to make me miss work to do nothing for my car I go in for a radio fix, yet another problem. Ok. So I have to wait for the sync guy? Here only Tuesdays and Thursdays, what a joke. I can't keep,missing hours from my job because you don't have a dedicated computer tech. Its ridiculous, especially because of the fact I know that there are so many computer problems with these cars. One guy totally outright lied to me about an installation, and I was told, oh now he no longer works here for certain reasons. Not my problem, fix my car, I paid for every warranty and the car outright. I deserve better service and at least a call when I call 3 or 4 times a day, with no answer. No callback. And on top of it I had the water pump replaced during the day, and I came at night and what? I have to wait for the oil change you should've done when you did the other repair. Absurd. Work with me on my schedule, and stop with the excuses and offering me a rental when I don't want one I want my car fixed and move on. If I didn't have these warranties and paid the money, why are you not helping me the way u were so happy to when I bought the damned car. More
Don't go to this service center. He tried to act like I didn't know what I was talking about with my own vehicle. 65,000 maintenance I took my car in for regular maintenance. The work was done in a timely manner. Greg Johnson was very friendly and helpful. Taurus Service On 5-15-17 I took my Taurus in for oil change & tire rotation. I returned on 5-16-17 and 4 new tires mounted. The following day the passenger rear ti On 5-15-17 I took my Taurus in for oil change & tire rotation. I returned on 5-16-17 and 4 new tires mounted. The following day the passenger rear tire pressure was 25psi. I inspected all the tires and found all four rims had been gauge in mounting. I called the service adviser and expressed my extreme displeasure in this service. I expect my car to be in the same condition after service as it was before. I was leaving town and could not bring in the car. On my return I took the Taurus in for a front end alignment which could not be done on 5-16-17 because the equipment was down. The service adviser took pictures of the rims and said he would call me when he discussed the problem with the service manager. I am still waiting for a call !!! More
Worthless warranty Service dept and Jim Allen would not honor a factory extended warranty that I bought from this dealership. It was sold to me by a former Lenoir City F Service dept and Jim Allen would not honor a factory extended warranty that I bought from this dealership. It was sold to me by a former Lenoir City Ford finance manager. I bought a more expensive warranty and was told that all components of lesser warranties were included in mine. I was lied to. My diesel egr cooler failed and I was told it was not covered under my extended warranty when it clearly states in ford paperwork that it is covered under a lesser warranty. I'll have to be awful desperate to use this service dept again. The former finance manager (Frank Cardwell) didn't know what he was talking about. I was told that Lenoir City Ford would not honor what their former finance manager told me because he was wrong and that he was no longer employed there. So, what should have cost me a $100 deductible, ended up costing me almost $1000 for me egr cooler. More
Knew what was needed to Fix our problem Car would not start properly.. Took it to Firestone to check the battery.. said it was OK.. went home it would not start, jumped it off took it back t Car would not start properly.. Took it to Firestone to check the battery.. said it was OK.. went home it would not start, jumped it off took it back to the Dealer Lenoir City Ford.. It was the battery, almost had to take off the whole front end, however was done in a timely Professional way.. Very pleased with those who helped us. More
