If I could leave less than a 1 star I would do that with a minus as well. Dropped my truck off to be worked on seven days ago. I have called every single day to get an update with no response. Each time I call I am on hold for 20 minutes then have to leave a message. I have left multiple messages with the service department and Managers still no response. Think I’m making this up? Try calling and asking for the service department! The only one that is willing to help and seems to care is the receptionist Karen. I would give her a five star plus. The rest of them worst service ever!!!!!!!!!! I left this review at 4 o’clock EST on 3/28/24 after I left yet another message for the service Manager. I was told that Jason Service Manager would return my call. Here it is now 7:00 o’clock and the store is now closed no call once again! I will continue updating this review daily until. They have completed whatever repairs are necessary. This is a warranty repair and I’m sure I’ll get a response at some point from them saying something like we are sorry this happened. We would like to make it right and to call the 1800 number so they can discuss this off the review. Or we were waiting on your warranty company to respond, but they were dragging there feet or whatever they come up with. So when you see that response come in just remember in the meantime, they have not returned my call so who’s feet is dragging!!!. In the meantime my car rental of $125.00 per day totally $875.00 so far keeps adding up!! And by time they open tomorrow another $125.00 will be waisted on another days rental bringing it to a $1,000.00 in total. Leads me to wonder who pays which bill!? More

I have had several "Works" oil change and tire rotations here and have generally been pleased, however the last one was not up to past standards. I watch people work on my vehicle when I can and observed here and have generally been pleased, however the last one was not up to past standards. I watch people work on my vehicle when I can and observed some of this work being performed as I have in the past as well. I noted a few things that I was not pleased with. First no torque wrench or even torque stick was used, just a couple "ugga duggas" on the impact. Second tires were rotated straight back and forward on the same side, this is not the rotation pattern called for in either the owners manual or on Michelins site. The under tray was allowed to hang during oil change vs removing 3 or 4 extra screws to take it completely off. Because of this I double checked the wheel bolts with my Torque Wrench (a CDI which is a quality tool) and found that all but one lug nut was under torque and they were very inconsistent. Additionally I found a chip in the wheel paint near a lug hole that is undoubtably from careless placement or holding of the socket when working with the nearby lug. Lenoir City Ford is the only one who has had the wheels off, and I have never put a wrench on them prior so I know they did it. Giving credit where credit is due, they are always polite and accommodating of any request, the car has always gone in and been worked on and returned promptly a the appointed time and the waiting area, shop and dealership in general is clean and in good repair. Additionally the delivery when new was stellar and they went above and beyond on that. I'll go back, however I will be asking for Justin next time and I guess I have to look it over after every visit in the future. More
Two month wait, engine blown could not get loaner until checked out. Internal coolant leak. Called sales manager and service several times with no return calls. Did not get any action til 1/11/21. Bad parts!? Both my Taurus and Thunderbird have had new parts to go bad and had to be replaced just a day after being repaired. Thunderbird, was in the shop for two weeks before the first repair. And now 7 parts to go bad and had to be replaced just a day after being repaired. Thunderbird, was in the shop for two weeks before the first repair. And now 7 weeks, in the shop waiting to be repaired from the first repair. I’m frustrated and probably will not be back after this repair provided they get it repaired correctly this time. More

The salesmen are the worst as well as they were trying to send my husband home to try out a car over this past weekend with so many issues plus knowing we were not approved for a loan on that car. I've never had good service with this place and the only reason I went back this time is because of a warranty issue and a recall. Had I known before dropping my car off that I could go to any ford dealership, I would have went to Knoxville for service. There is always an excuse for their bad service and everything. I'll be glad when I get my car back and I can tell this place to kiss my tail! More
